Founded by Margarita Linares and based in Coral Gables, E-Clean Corp is a commercial and industrial cleaning company built around one idea: a clean should never be the reason a handover slips.

Margarita Linares spent more than twenty years cleaning construction sites, offices, and industrial spaces before putting her own name on the door. E-Clean Corp grew out of that experience and out of the contractors who kept calling her back for the next project.
We chose to stay commercial and industrial on purpose. Post-construction cleaning, janitorial contracts, medical and dental offices, retail, warehouses, and floor care each demand their own equipment, products, and sequence, and a company that also runs maid routes can't give them the attention they need. So we don't.
Every job starts with a walkthrough and a written scope, runs under a crew lead who knows the space, and ends with an inspection against that scope. Our crews are bilingual, our office is in Coral Gables, and our schedule bends around your deadline, not the other way around.

The Clean
A crew lead runs the job on site, in the sequence the space needs: top-down, dust first, floors last, glass and fixtures at the end.
Inspection & Sign-Off
We walk the space against the scope with you or your super. Anything missed is fixed before we invoice.
